Plastisol Screenprinting
What is plastisol screenprinting you may ask? Heat Transfer Designs
A heat press is a machine engineered to imprint a design or graphic on a substrate, such as a t-shirt, with the application of heat and pressure for a preset period of time.
Heat press is used for vinyl names, numbers and letters on sports apparel including shirts, shorts, jerseys, sweats, hoodies, etc. The machine presses a design or image onto a fabric or garment. With high temperatures and heavily applied pressure, designs and images are embedded onto material permanently. We have the ability to transfer acrylic felt, glacier twill, and heat-applied vinyl.
At Paramount we have a digital printer in our store that can easily create full color designs that can be applied to garments.
