What is plastisol screenprinting you may ask? A Plastisol transfer is the same ink process and quality as screen printing, however, instead of printing directly onto the garment, the design is printed onto release paper and then is heat pressed on. For you this means you get the same quality of garment as screenprinted but without the expensive set-up fees!
A heat press is a machine engineered to imprint a design or graphic on a substrate, such as a t-shirt, with the application of heat and pressure for a preset period of time.
Heat press is used for vinyl names, numbers and letters on sports apparel including shirts, shorts, jerseys, sweats, hoodies, etc. The machine presses a design or image onto a fabric or garment. With high temperatures and heavily applied pressure, designs and images are embedded onto material permanently. We have the ability to transfer acrylic felt, glacier twill, and heat-applied vinyl.
At Paramount we have a digital printer in our store that can easily create full color designs that can be applied to garments.
